At flats and rooms we have been providing top quality accommodation in and around London for over 25 years. Whether you are looking for a small room as a first step into independent living or a family home we can help. All our properties are located with access to all local amenities. Public transport is never far away as are shops and entertainment. Many of our tenants have been with us for several years whilst many other come back several times looking for their perfect home.

As a tenant you will have access to our property manager who will always be available to offer a swift response and sort out any problems you have as quickly as possible.

All our properties are well maintained. The front page lists the properties that are currently available. If you don't see what you like now then register with us and when a suitable House, Flat or room becomes available we will contact you.  

All of our rooms are rented inclusive of bills and all are covered by the government Houses in Multiple occupation Licencing Scheme.
